Adapted from Steve Gamelin's "My No-Knead Bread Cookbook" Garlic Herb rolls.
Stir together:
14 oz warm water1.5 t salt
1.25 t yeast
2 t Italian seasoning mix
1.5 t minced garlic
1 T olive oil
mix in
3.5 c bread flour (16 oz)
0.5 c shredded Parmesan cheese.
let rise 1.5 hr.
stir down and shape in bread pan
let rise 30 min.
bake 400 F 40 min. in pan
