The Food Lab: Use Chickpeas to Make the Easiest Egg-Free Mayonnaise | Serious Eats:

2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T lemon juice or cider vinegar
2 t Dijon mustard
3 T garbanzo bean juice + 12 beans
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
salt
pepper

Blend garlic, lemon juice/vinegar, mustard, beans and juice until smooth.
drizzle in oil while blending until thick. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle in olive oil while whisking. Add salt and pepper to taste.
